Its not cough and cold which wl go in short time
Its a chronic problem , lots of triggering factors involved in it like stress food spicy oliy inadequate sleep

There is no complete remedy. don't get fooled.. Any skin which has become thin and bleeding will always do when hard stool will pass..the best treatment is having precautions.. Yeah for local healing and pain management you can consult in private.
