I am taking my dinner at 6.30 pm. At what time should I take my breakfast. I do not feel hungry early morning. Can I take my breakfast at 10.30 am.

Ideally breakfast should be consumed within 1 hour of waking up to boost metabolism and thus energy levels. Eating early prevents over eating at the next meal.
