Is dinner at 1730 too early ?
Hi Is the following Time for meals a healthier choice than having dinner at night ? :- 8 am - 9:30 am Breakfast 12:30 pm - 2 pm Lunch 5:30 pm Dinner I personally find this timetable very energetic and suitable and not hungry. I am asking to confirm if it is healther than having dinner at a later time ? Nothing between dinner and breakfast I don't drink tea

Have you recently started  to have this meal timing, or is there any particular reason  to adopt such a timing There should  be no.issue in having  this kind  of food consumption pattern as long as it keeps you healthy  and fit.
