Walnuts and almonds

Can i use almonds and walnuts after expiry date ? It's completely stored in refrigerator. It's look like a fresh. Almost 2 years completed. Please suggest me.

Hello No please don't consume nuts after expiry date as they contain essential fatty acids which get oxidized and can harm your health.

Ideally suggested not to use As nuts contain essential fatty acid... They get oxidized and chances r there they might have spoiled and can cause to some health issues. Better to avoid it

No They could get spoiled by fugus and some small pest Kindly don't eat them Other then this there peel colour also become dull

Hi, No doubt shelf life of perishable products increases as they are stored at low temperature. But 2 years after expiry is a long period. So not recommended to use.
