Vitamin D is quite low and B12 is on the lower side of normal. Both can cause fatigue, dizziness and sometimes palpitations.
Next Steps
You will need vitamin D supplementation (usually weekly or high-dose as advised) along with daily calcium-rich diet and sunlight exposure. For B12, dietary improvement and supplements may be advised depending on symptoms and repeat levels.
Health Tips
Improvement usually starts within a few weeks but complete correction may take 2–3 months. If palpitations are frequent or severe, please consult to rule out other causes alongside vitamin deficiencies.

Hi, your symptoms of dizziness and palpitations might be due to anemia which is common in women of childbearing age. Although there are other possibilities which should be ruled out after detailed history and some investigations. Do not ignore these symptoms and seek medical care. Seek urgent care if any of these symptoms: chest pain, fainting, sweating profusely, vomiting.
Next Steps
look forward to medical consultation with me or at your local hospital as per convenience. Wishing you speedy recovery

Hello, I understand your concern — vitamin D level of 7 is very low, and vitamin B12 at 270 is borderline low. Such deficiencies can cause dizziness, palpitations, weakness, and fatigue. Advice • Increase sunlight exposure (15–20 minutes daily). • Include foods rich in B12 (milk, eggs, fish, fortified cereals). • Maintain good hydration and regular meals to reduce palpitations. Management You will need vitamin D supplements (usually high-dose weekly for 6–8 weeks, then maintenance) and vitamin B12 supplementation (oral tablets or injections, depending on severity). With proper treatment, most people start feeling better in 3–4 weeks, but full correction may take 2–3 months. When to consult immediately If palpitations are persistent, associated with chest pain, breathlessness, or fainting, please see a doctor urgently. 👉 For the correct prescription and dosage plan tailored to your reports, you can connect with me on Practo or WhatsApp at 85271646 seven seven. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician
