Your vitamin D levels are little low , You can take vit d capsule 60k i u capsule/ weak . 1 capsule for once a week for 1 month. Get moderate sunlight exposure for about 10-30 minutes several times a week. Include vitamin D-rich foods in your diet such as fish ,dairy products, and eggs

That is low. You need above 50 for optimum bone health and immunity. Take supplements with a fatty meal as vit d is fat-soluble and needs fat for good absorption. Recheck your levels after a month. Also, in addition to supplements, eat food rich in vitamin d such as milk, egg, chicken and get enough sunlight.
