Your vitamin D & B12 is low so you would need injection then shift to tablet form. Vit B12 found abundantly in non vegetarian foods than in vegetarian diet.In Non vegetarian Eggs, chicken especially (kajeli), mutton that's a rich source of vitamin B12. Vegetarian option like milk, curd, spinach. For vit D natural source is sunlight, but go early morning in sunlight. In food milk.

Both vitamin D and B12 are severely deficient. You would need IM injections for both initially followed by oral medicine as follow-up. Dietary modification is also needed. Based on your diet, we can include them.

feel free to consult me on practo for further evaluation and management

Both vitamin D (8.2) and B12 (145) are clearly deficient and can explain fatigue, body aches or tingling. They need treatment, not just dietary changes. I would also review your CBC, calcium and kidney function before finalising the regimen.
Next Steps
Please see a physician soon for a supervised replacement plan and repeat levels after treatment. Book a Practo consult with me if you want a tailored plan based on your reports.
Health Tips
Avoid self-prescribing repeated high-dose supplements; the dose and duration should be supervised.

Vitamin D level of 8.2 ng/mL indicates vitamin D deficiency, and a B12 level of 145 pg/mL is also low. Both generally require supplementation and evaluation for the underlying cause. For vitamin D, treatment usually involves a therapeutic replacement dose followed by maintenance supplementation. For vitamin B12, oral or injectable replacement may be considered depending on the severity, symptoms and cause of deficiency. It would be helpful to review your diet, medications and any symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, numbness or tingling. We May need to consider checking CBC, calcium and other relevant tests. consult for an individualized treatment plan and follow-up levels.

Your vitamin D of 8.2 and B12 of 145 both fall in the deficient range and need proper correction.
Next Steps
Please see your physician for the right dose and duration, since replacement needs vary by how deficient you are.
Health Tips
Avoid buying high-dose supplements on your own, since too much vitamin D can cause its own problems.
