vitamin B12 you can include following foods in your diet
vitamin B12 rich foods are
1. Beef,
liver, and chicken.
2. Fish and shellfish such as trout, salmon, tuna fish, and clams.
3. Fortified breakfast cereal.Low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese.
4. Eggs
5. Fermented foods
If you are not able to cover your vitamin B12 with the diet then you can take a supplement.
