VITAMIN B12 AND D3 DEFFECIENCY

I have recently got the health checkup done, and found B12 and Vit D3 defficiency. There were others short comings as well. But I am having heel pain, lack of energy, get tired very soon. Is it because of B12 and vit D3.

Yes. Take vit supplements for a month, symptoms might improve. Monitor uric acid levels regularly. Improve diet. Avoid food which are likely to elevate uric acid levels. If not improve consider medications. Consider Exercise regularly.

Deficiency of vitamin d and b 12 could cause tiredness ,body pain .Heel pain could be due to high uric acid as well.Take vitamin B 12 supplement tab meganeuron OD plus daily for a few months,and vitamin d 60000 iu weekly once for at least 10 weeks.

VitD deficiency can cause Muscle pain. Bone pain.,Increased sensitivity to pain. A tingly, “pins-and-needles” sensation in the hands or feet.
