No need to worry
In pregnancy and lactation period body prepares breast for good milk production so surrounding lymph node specially in arm pit (axillary lymph node ) gets prominent and swollen mild swelling id due to hormonal
So it can resolve own it own nothing to worry
Swelling doesnt resolove or if it persits for long lymph node should be evaluated for infections or any other conditions
