What type of meal I should take in dinner for awaking early in morning ? Heavy meal like meat diary products or light meal like green vegetables whole grain etc ?

You can include green vegetables and whole grains for your dinner. If you're having meat, maintain the portion size and opt for lean meat like chicken or fish. Hi Try to take a good healthy meal which comprise the food groups that us carbohydrates ,protein, fats, Vitamin,  minerals. Your meal should be balanced. I cannot tell you what to eat what not to eat without knowing your details.
