I can not sleep quickly at night time and many times i wake up at night what to do for good deep sleep its really affect on my health i never smoke nor taking any type of drink.

Hello It may be your taking stress or not eating balance diet Eat well balance diet avoid stress Eat more fruits and vegetables Drink plenty of water Do exericse regularly Do meditation Eat banana help promote sleep Avoid coffee alcohol protein rich food spicy food fat food have linked poor fragmented sleep

To have a peaceful and early sleep most important point is you have a good lifestyle and schedule. Stick to your bed routine, Eat Healthy , Do exercise, skip sleeping in middle of the day. Also following are some foods which will help you sleep early and peaceful : - Warm Milk - Turmeric Milk - Tea (mainly herbal tea with honey or Chamomile tea) - Green peas and Green leafy vegetables - Wholegrains - Nuts (almonds and walnuts) Avoid food such as caffeine , high fat foods before bedtime.
