Hi, What is the daily intake of Sabja seeds for Women? Does sabja seeds consumption gives side effects in menstrual cycle and future pregnancy? Kindly feedback

Soak 1tsp of sabja seeds in water can take daily basis . No side effects in menstrual cycle. But avoid in diarrhoea, abdomen pain , low BP etc . Contact me for detailed conversation through practo.

Hello, About 2 tsp of sabja seeds per day is ok... It does have any such effects. It can be used as a good coolant during summers.
