This is RadhikaBharath from Bangalore. I have pcod and my weight is now 75kgs. I'm under medication i need to lose my weight can i know the diet chart so that it will help me to lose weight

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Gud evening I need to know about your detail medical history besides pcod do u have any other health issues or not,your dietary pattern of daily,exercise doing or not,sleeping pattern of daily early or late night,if any sort of stress then that also causes weight gain drastically,less water intake per day less than 2ltrs.
