400mg albendazole single tablet, one time dose should be fine. Better to take at night after food.

If you are taking it for regular deworming, then YES, of course you can take it every six months.
Take the tablet just before the bed.
Tablet should be crushed and taken or should be bitten to powder before swallowing.
DO NOT SWALLOW THE TABLET AS WHOLE
T.Albendazole 400mg 1tablet every six months
For children lessthan 2years
T. Albendazole 400mg 1/2 tablet or 200mg 1 tablet every six months

We should take albendazole 400 mg avery 6 month for killing worm inside our body, generally it has no side effect but any drug can do side effect nd severity vary person to person, so it would be better to take in supervision of Dr ,if any complication occur thn soon he will handle as he knows the history of drug
