Hello dear, Are you an eggetarian, as per your height your weight is  ideal but your diet is not a balanced diet, in every meal mostly you are taking  carbohydrates, so if you balance your diet no need to add supplements. If you are not able to fulfill your protein intake from your diet ,then you can add supplements. Better to consult a qualified Dietitian, if you are from Hyderabad you can consult me directly, my clinic name is "Eat Right"
Next Steps
add protein in each meal( approx 30 gm)
Health Tips
Add protein rich food like ( egg, fish, chicken, variety of dal, soy, milk, curd, nuts & seeds.

Firstly increase your protein intake through diet. Daily protein intake is 2 g protein/kg/day and do dietary modifications. Protein powder is optional if your protein intake is proper through diet then their is no need to take. And creatine you can take if you have no kidney disease. It helps in strength and training performance and support muscle gain over time. And your goal is upper body muscle gain, gym and brisket walk is good and resistance training 3-5 days per week is important.

Hello,Based on your details, at 85 kg and 6 feet with regular workouts, you can meet your protein needs mainly through a balanced diet. You don’t necessarily need a mass gainer. If your daily protein intake is not sufficient, you may consider a good-quality whey protein, usually 1 serving per day. Creatine can also be considered if you are doing regular strength training, but it is not necessary for everyone. Since your goal is to build upper-body and chest muscle, focus more on progressive strength training along with adequate protein, calories, proper hydration and 7–8 hours of sleep. Whey protein mainly provides protein to support muscle repair and growth, while mass gainer contains high calories, mainly from carbohydrates along with protein, and is mainly useful for gaining overall body weight; for you, whey protein would be a better choice if your daily protein intake is insufficient.

Health Tips
Include protein in every meal: eggs, chicken, fish, paneer, curd, dal or legumes. Keep rice and roti in moderate portions. Add more vegetables and fruits daily. Avoid too much jaggery and added sugar. Whey protein can be taken if protein from food is not enough. Mass gainer is not necessary unless you are unable to meet your calorie needs. Drink enough water throughout the day. For muscle growth, focus on strength training and proper sleep. Take pomegranate anytime during the day; no need to have it on an empty stomach.

For an active lifestyle, protein powder is not compulsory. * First preference: Meet protein needs through a balanced, protein-rich diet—dal, sprouts, beans, soy/tofu, paneer/curd, eggs, nuts and seeds. * Protein powder: Can be used if dietary protein is insufficient, meals are inconvenient, or protein requirements are higher due to regular strength training. * A practical target for many active adults is around 1.2–1.6 g protein/kg/day, depending on training intensity * Choose a good-quality protein powder with minimal added sugar if supplementation is needed. * Also focus on adequate carbohydrates, healthy fats, vegetables, fruits, hydration and sleep. In short: Healthy diet first; protein powder is a convenient supplement, not a replacement for proper food.

Since your goal is to build your chest and upper-body muscle, the focus should be on adequate protein intake, progressive strength training, sufficient calories and recovery rather than simply taking a mass gainer. Your current diet does provide protein, but it can be improved. Aim for approximately 1.6–2.0 g protein/kg body weight/day, which is roughly 135–170 g protein/day, preferably distributed across 4–5 meals. You can include protein sources such as eggs, chicken/fish, paneer, curd/Greek yogurt, dal, legumes, soy/tofu and milk. A protein powder is not compulsory if you can meet your requirement through food. However, if your dietary intake is insufficient, a good-quality whey protein can be used as a convenient supplement.(you can initially start with Whey Concentrate Protein Powder of brands like Muscle Blaze, True Basics, Well-being Nutrition, Optimum Nutrition, 1 Scoop a day after your Gym). But make sure you're drinking atleast 4 litres of water daily. I would not recommend a mass gainer in your case because you already weigh 85 kg at 6 ft and your goal is muscle development rather than simply gaining body weight. Creatine can be useful for strength and muscle performance, but it should ideally be considered after assessing your diet, training routine and medical history.
Next Steps
If you share your complete day's diet, workout routine, your lifestyle, underline medical concerns (if any), only then I can help you calculate your protein requirement and suggest a suitable muscle-gain diet plan.
