In whole Body I have only Belly Fat too much and I don't know how to reduce it. I want to know how Belly Fat can be reduced, what is the reason of increasing belly Fat and what precaution should I take.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(dairy,eggs,chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice,poha etc) & healthy fats(almond,walnuts,etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
