Hi, ragi is safe to consume during pregnancy but if you have thyroid please don't consume too much. Once in a day either in the form of dosa or porridge or adai is totally fine to consume, as ragi is a millet it tends to interfere with thyroid medication absorption in the body.

Ragi is a super Millet food, very nutritious, not hybrid or modified, but natural grain... However, if the person has hypothyroidism, then all the millets interfere with the absorption of thyroid medication and become *goitrogeneous* foods...

Ragi is cool grain you can continue with it but take in moderate quantity and if making dosa so , it is more beneficial if it is consumed after  fermentation .
