3. Wholesome grains like brown rice, quinoa, or whole wheat
4. Leafy greens like spinach, kale, or collard greens
5. Fresh fruits like berries, citrus fruits, or apples
6. Nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, or pumpkin seeds
7. Protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, or lentils
8. Healthy fats like avocado, coconut oil, or ghee
Foods to Avoid:
1. Spicy or heavy foods that can cause discomfort or indigestion
2. High-fiber foods that can cause gas or bloating
3. Caffeine or carbonated drinks that can reduce milk supply
4. Processed or packaged foods with added sugars or preservatives
Tips to Increase Milk Supply:
1. Drink plenty of water (at least 8-10 glasses a day)
2. Consume milk-boosting foods like oats, fenugreek, or fennel seeds
3. Eat small, frequent meals to keep your energy levels up
4. Avoid stress and get plenty of rest
5. Consider lactation tea or supplements after consulting with dietician
