I have observed if I eat poha for breakfast the entire next day I have lot of flatulence. Does poha have this side effect?

I think you use peanuts in poha. No poha has no side effects it's depends on your cooking process

It depends on the way of preparing it and the way you consume it. Poha after processing has some amounts of iron. It's better to consume it with lemon water (vitamin - C) for its absorption
