Hlo sir or mam plz guide me I'm on. A diet my height is 6 feet 188 cm previously my weight is 110 kg now I'm 87 kg mostly I take in lunch 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables and salad and mostly I eat salad a lot after eating salad 1 roti only I fell my hunger is gone Plz tell me what will be mine exactly weight according to my height and 1 do running 10 km everyday zyming 2 times and plz tell me when ever I fell hungry can I eat 1 carrot 🥕 carrot not make a weight gain na

For 188 cm height,  87 kg weight is quite ok. You can have carrot. But loosing or maintenance of weight needs right nutrients in right proportion as per your activity to maintain good health and avoid deficiencies.

U can eat carrots no issues and as per height ur weight should be near 86 to 88kg.whatever u doing is not exactly correct or good.may be ur r loosing weight. But for best and healthy weight loss u should be go under a time to time observation of any good dietician/Nutritionist. So please consult with nearest doctor or dietician.

Yes few changes to be done in ur diet . Instead of wheat go for millet rotis . Instead of rice use millet rice . Eat plenty of veg fruits everyday.
