Almonds, walnut and flax seeds are good source of omega 3 yes you can include in your daily diet. Almonds and walnut should be soaked before having it for better nutrients absorption. Flax seeds can interfere in harmonal imbalance. Eat in the form of Chutney or with food. For better absorption- roast in low flame or grind. Green tea is not a very good source of fat burner.
