Hello. 1st avoid junk food , outside food. Include in your diet salad 2 times .for crud fiber. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water. Eat small frequent 5to 6 small meals in a day that should be homemade. Avoid stress, sleep for 7to 8 hours. Start regular brisk walk for 30 min.be consistent for good results and have patience.
