Madam, When MCV, MCH, and MCHC are all low, the most common underlying cause is iron deficiency anemia.( as per your test results). Iron deficiency anemia is common in females due to regular blood loss during menstrual period and or in repeated pregnancies. Simple solution is to take Iron and folic acid supplements for atleast a month and add iron rich foods in your diet. if non veg you can have Egg, liver milk and for vegetarians green leafy vegetables but when clear deficiency, as in your case, iron supplement is needed. Thanks.
Next Steps
Take Iron plus folic acid supplement x once a day x one month.
Health Tips
take after food to avoid discomfort.

Iron deficiency anemia is very prevalent in India especially females, alongside vitamin b12 deficiency. You need to take diet rich in these sources. Also start on Iron complex and vitamin B complex tablets. About the stiffness, needs more detailed examination. Do consult.

As you are a 26 year old female, you might be having periods that will cause blood loss, which may result in mild anemia (decreased hemoglobin level) if a well-balanced diet is not maintained. For this simple home remedy is to increase your dietary iron levels by including spinach, dates, jaggery and try avoiding junk foods. No need to worry about other blood parameters as of now because as they are near normal, so you can wait and repeat tests after a month with proper diet and see. If not improved then proper evaluation is needed
Next Steps
If you are unable to achieve the hemoglobin by diet, then you can take TAB FERROUS SULPHATE + FOLLIC ACID 0-0-1 for a month OR SYRUP HEMRICH 1TSP AT NIGHT for a month
