Hi, How did you find out that you have a magnesium deficiency? Food and supplements would help. Have to look at reports to recommend dosage of supplement. Here are some food sources you can include though: 1. 1tsp -1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 2. Spinach 3. Cashews 4. Peanuts 5. Dark chocolate 6. Chia seeds 7. Black beans 8. Quinoa 9.
