Please seek a formal consultation with a General Physician. Many consultations may be required. At times it may be a lifelong treatment.

Avoid fried foods, processed snacks, and red meat. Increase fiber intake (vegetables, whole grains, legumes). Use healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, seeds, fatty fish). Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise (walking, cycling) most days. As you are overweight and have fatty liver, Lipid-lowering medications will be advised as per your response to these.

To lower LDL cholesterol, follow a diet rich in soluble fiber (oatmeal, barley, fruits, vegetables), plant-based protein sources (legumes, nuts), and healthy fats (avocado, olive oil), while limiting dietary cholesterol, saturated fats, and refined carbohydrates.
