Is keto diet effective for hypothyroid

I have hypothyroidism and I am on 75mg medication. I want to start keto diet. Is it safe to follow keto diet if I have thyroid or will it have bad effect on my thyroid. Will I loose weight or not in keto with thyroid please reply.

Eat chapati with vegetables daily . Drink juice every day. Have soup in the night to control thyroid problems. Meditation kindly consume on daily basis. Exercise regularly which makes you feel calm .

Gud evening pls try to follow a healthy balanced diet rather than following a me to diet with exercise for 30-45mins daily early morning preferably along with proper water intake,proper sleep n stress reduction do yoga or meditation for 15-20mins evening time if u have any sort of stress.lifestyle modification is essential to reduce weight n control thyroid issues.
