Hypertension Medicine Dose

I was taking Cilacar T for hypertension and due to not reduction in BP ( 140/100 ) two weeks back physician changed to Newtel AMH  and now BP in control but having severe foot pain and tiredness. Is this a side effect of Amlodipine.  Current BP is 110/70.

It is possible for Hydrochlorothiazide to cause gout. In accordance with European Society of Hypertension and International Society of Hypertension and India Hypertension Control Initiative, Hydrochlorothiazide should not be started before maxing the dose of Amlodipine and Telmisartan. I would advise substituting this medicine with the likes of Tazloc-AM 80 Tablet (Telm 80 and Aml 5) and then with (Telm 80 and Aml 10) and only then starting Thiazides if not controlled with above.
