I m 26 but some people say I look like 30 so how to look young,what diet , exercises is needed i mostly eat rice,roti , drink tea 3 times,boost 1 time a day

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Gud afternoon pls try to add on anti oxidant rich foods like fruits,nuts,seeds like flax seeds,chia seeds,pumpkin seeds etc into your diet as well as drink 3ltrs minimum water per day.
