U are 14 KGS overweight due to much weight u feel lethargic and dull once u reduce weight ur strength and energy will be back. It's OK if u have mental work still u can reduce weight.I can help with 4-5 KGS wieght loss in month

Exercise is the only medium for energy ..As much u walk or do physical activity your body will regulate good energy. Eat balanced diet and do 4 hrs/week physical activity.
