I don't look fat but I have belly fat
Hi Doctor My height is 160 and weight is 66.5. I don't look fat but I have lot of belly fat. I gave birth to my first child in 2019. Before pregnancy also I had belly fat and now it's even more. I don't have any other health problems. Really want to get rid of my belly fat. Please help

For reducing belly fat follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Apply oil and gel for massage on flabby part so that  removing extra fat perticular part of the body.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
