Hi, Fasting and feasting both should be avoided. No need to avoid Rice. Eating it in moderation will be fine. Prefer Brown or Red Rice.Hi, Please increase the intake of fibre rich foods like fruits,Leafy vegetables,Sprouts, Vegetable seeds like Methi seeds, sunflower,Pumpkin,Melon seeds which are sun dried. Whole grains like Oats, Barley,Pulses etc. Avoid fried, Bakery items,Processed foods,Butter,Cheese, Full fat dairy etc.
