Hlo, doctor, sir or mam plz guide me. I'm 6 feet 1 inch tall, 183 cm. Tall.guy priveously I'm 110 kg weight by doing running 8 km in morning every day without any 1 single b0reak is it ok and running 11 km eve0ryday is it good for heart ❤️ health Doing dieting and zyming 2 times I lost my weight Now I'm 77 kg according to u what will be it my actual weight And it is ok to run 8 km every morning and 3 km in the evening Completing every day 20000 tk steps And eating boiled food with 2 multigrain atta roti in lunch with salad and night same with boiled white egg Is it ok to run 8 km. In morning without any break ⁰ Plz tell me is it ok to have salad 2 times in a meal 1 I lunch and 1 in dinner
