Take 2walnut & 4-5 soaked almond early morning. Due to ldl control ur  fat Level. Avoid junk food and oily food. Change your oil ever 3months, diet play important role in controlling ldl level through natural food.

1 handful of mix dry fruits is what is recommended daily. Preferably soaked almonds in the morning will be beneficial as its good for digestion and heart too. On the other hand brisk walking is a must
