Multivitamins of any sort shouldn't be continued for too long as there levels may rise up and cause harm effects. It's better to get yourself tested every 3 to 6month and take meds after discussing with a physician

Dear Patient, It sounds like your general weakness, vegetarian diet, and lack of sunlight exposure, along with a history of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency, could be contributing to your symptoms. Next Steps: Yes, you can continue taking Revital H and Sunrise D3, but it's important to ensure the doses are appropriate for long-term use. Get your Vitamin B12 and D levels checked to determine if any adjustments are needed. Incorporate B12-fortified foods and try to get some sunlight exposure, even if just briefly.
Health Tips
Please consult your doctor for personalized advice and monitoring of your vitamin levels. Let me know if you need further assistance!

Based on your description, it seems like you are experiencing symptoms related to vitamin deficiencies, particularly B12 and D, which are common in individuals with limited sunlight exposure and a vegetarian diet. The supplements you're taking, such as Revital H and Sunrise D3, are helpful in addressing these deficiencies. However, it's important to ensure you're getting the right dosage and evaluating whether these supplements meet your specific needs over the long term. I recommend that you continue with these supplements but also consider periodic blood tests to monitor your vitamin levels. Additionally, incorporating fortified foods or consulting a nutritionist could help in ensuring a balanced intake of essential nutrients. For better evaluation and personalized treatment, I suggest you consult me directly. You can also reach me on WhatsApp by converting eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-double-three-two into numbers. As you have a history of vitamin b12 and vitamin D deficiency, and you are already on supplements, its better to get your Vitamin D, vitamin B12 and serum calcium levels checked. You can always take water soluble vitamins everyday (vitamin B complex and C) as they are not stored in the body. So you can continue Revital H. However in case of fat soluble vitamins(Vitamin A, D, E, K) you have to be careful with overdoses as they are stored in our body and hypervitaminosis can cause a different set of problems.
Next Steps
please go for serum vitamin B12, vitamin D, and serum calcium levels and CBP
