For worms take tab albendazole 400mg one after dinner and repeat after 2 weeks.
For pain take tab meftal spas one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days.
Get ecg, cardiac echo, serum b12, vit d3,, ultrasound abdomen done and share results, then I can help you further.
Your symptoms and history of worms in stool are more in favour of vit b12 deficiency and since u have epigastric pain we have to rule out IF deficiency
Looks like you need some medical testing to further evaluate. B12 deficiency also suspected. Ppi causes b12 malabsorption also.you need to consult me on practo for further management.
