Possible causes are: Urinary tract infection (UTI): Typically presents with burning or discomfort, but can sometimes occur without pain, especially in early or mild cases. Increased fluid intake or caffeine/diuretic consumption: Can lead to increased urine frequency. Diabetes mellitus: High blood glucose may cause osmotic diuresis and frequent urination; accompanying symptoms might include excessive thirst or hunger. Overactive bladder: Can present as frequency and urgency in the absence of pain or infection. Anxiety and stress: Sometimes trigger increased urination, especially in the absence of infection or other obvious triggers
Next Steps
Consult to me via Practo for further evaluation and investigations.
