Use Himalaya neem face wash gel for face. A good neem soap will ur body clean free from any infections. Apply kumkumaadi cream for ur face daily at home. Eat plenty of vegetables,sprouts and fruits daily. Drink plenty of water.  Exercise/ yoga/ walk for an hour everyday.

Hi! For clear and glowing skin, you must make sure you are drinking lots of water so that your body is well hydrated and flushes out toxins. Eat one fruit daily, and add vegetables like beet root which help you purify your blood. Avoid using strong creams and face washes, try to go with herbal brands which are less harmful for skin. As you are still young, don’t damage your skin with multiple products! Apply papaya peel, cucumber paste- on weekly basis to give soothing effect and glow. On a general basis, skin issues get better with time and good eating habits, good sleep and less stress. Consult a dermatologist if the symptoms get worse.
