This might be URTI/ viral infection
And as it’s since 5 days it might cause body ache and weakness
If you feel feverish do measure your temperature and take a track of it

1. Take Paracetamol Tab 650 mg for fever not more than 4 times a day
2. Drink plenty of water/fluids
3. Get CBC with PBS, ESR, Widal, NS1 Ag done

This probably is - Viral fever .
But if you have bodyache I will suggest you to go for dengue test as well .
However - For viral fever you can just have symptomatic treatment .
As it takes time for it to resolve .
