I had c section delivery 2months ago..I'm a breastfeeding mother.overall I've lost weight but my lower abdomen has become loose.what diet and exercise should I follow?can I use belt?

Please focus on healthy eating to recover from the nutritional loss post delivery. Your diet will reflect on the quality of your milk your child is feeding on. If your body supports then you can start with light exercise like yoga. As for the abdomen fat exclusive breast feeding helps to bring back the uterus in shape.
