I have 4 fibroids. I want to know what foods to avoid and what foods to take to stop fibroids size. Presently I'm taking homeo medicine

Take well balanced diet and do exercise and yoga regularly. Include fresh fruits and vegetables and whole foods which have more fiber in your diet. Avoid bakery items, processed foods, sugary drinks, fried foods and junk foods. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Take low fat milk, curd and butter milk. Better to take plant based proteins and avoid eggs, meat etc.

Gud afternoon pls try to have a healthy balanced diet with yoga for minimum of 20 to 25mins n have minimum of 2.5ltrs of water in a day with other liquid food items like clear soups, tender coconut water, plain low fat butter milk etc. For further guidance try to connect through practo.
