1. Stop the all playing activities from effected hand..
2. Apply tennis elbow brace in hand in full time.
3. Apply cold packs in your elbow,
5times in a day for 10 minutes.
4. Start the physiotherapy treatment such as, H.I.LT. 5 sessions to fast recovery and pain relief.
Next Steps
After the 5 sessions, gradually start some stretching exercises.
and when u feel better than start the strengthening exercises under a physiotherapist guidance.
