Weight is 90kgs I drink more than 9 litres of water per day still I feel dehydrated it doesn't feel hydrated with 15 min i will be quenching again is it normal.

Dehydration can be caused by illness, sweating high, too much urine output, vomiting, diarrhea, diabetes etc. Excessive thirst can be caused by high blood sugar. At first find out reason of too much quenching. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food. U hv required weight loss ur weight is too much high.
