Can't focus

2025-09-03 12:14:47
Hello doctor, When I move my head towards the left, ear pain happens. Combing my hair, my head gives a hollow sound. I have left leg foot stiffness all day, pain radiating in the left arm and right leg joint pain. Can't focus on moving objects. What could it be? I already checked with ENT, there's no issue with my ear. BP:- 60/100. Age:- 27 unmarried Thank you.

Your ear is fine, but these symptoms seem more related to the cervical spine or nervous system. Please consult a neurologist at the earliest for evaluation (MRI brain + cervical spine). Also, basic tests like CBC, thyroid, vitamin B12, vitamin D, ESR/CRP may help. If you develop sudden weakness, vision loss, or severe headache, seek emergency care immediately.

Your symptoms (ear pain with head movement, hollow sound, limb stiffness, radiating pain, difficulty focusing) are unlikely from the ear, especially since ENT is normal. They may be related to cervical spine/nerve issues, low blood pressure, or neurological causes. I recommend you see a neurologist for evaluation (MRI brain/cervical spine, blood tests)..
Next Steps
Consult Neurologist
Health Tips
Meanwhile, stay hydrated and avoid sudden head movements

Hello, I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician. I understand your concern. ➡️ Ear pain on movement, hollow sound in the head, stiffness, radiating limb pain, and difficulty focusing on moving objects may sometimes point more towards a nerve or cervical spine-related issue rather than an ear problem, especially since ENT check was normal. General Advice: Maintain correct posture while sitting/working, avoid long hours with neck bent forward. Gentle neck and shoulder stretches, under supervision, can help. Stay hydrated and take a balanced diet rich in B-complex vitamins. What to monitor: Any worsening of limb weakness, tingling, or numbness. Severe headache, vision problems, or imbalance while walking. Blood pressure remaining consistently low (your BP 60/100 is on the lower side). Medicines: You may take a simple pain reliever (like paracetamol) for discomfort. Vitamin B12 supplements are often useful if deficiency is suspected. Please avoid self-starting strong painkillers or steroids. When to consult a doctor immediately: Sudden weakness in arm/leg or difficulty walking. Severe dizziness, vomiting, or vision loss. Chest pain or shortness of breath. If your symptoms persist or worsen, I strongly recommend a neurologist consultation and cervical spine evaluation (MRI/nerve studies if advised) to rule out nerve compression or cervical spondylitis. You can connect with me directly on Practo or reach me on WhatsApp (85271646 seven seven) for a more personalized consultation. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician

Test your vit b12 levels , it could be a bit b12 deficiency. But  your symptoms suggest it could be a neurological issue , better consult a neurologist he would examine you clinically and may be you need MRI for further management.
