Best time to take multivitamin tablets

2024-08-26 13:55:33
Hi, Most of the time I feel low on energy and lethargic throughout the day. My diet is such that it is not able to provide enough vitamins and minerals. I want to improve on the diet but I am thinking to take multivitamin tablets (Revital) for sometime. Can u pls suggest the best time to take those multivitamin tablets? After breakfast lunch or dinner? Can they be taken after meals at night? Thanks in advance

Healthy evening You can take most vitamin supplements at any time of the day But your body may absorb some nutrients better if you take with meal containing fat . To function properly, your body needs 13 vitamin-9 of which are fat soluble and 4 which are fat soluble.
Health Tips
Multivitamin supplements are best taken in the morning with food to promote optimal absorption.
