Back Pain since 0ne week

I am having severe back pain since 6 to 7 days.Actually I am a working professional.Due to certain special duties I stand for long hours and complete my work without any sitting position.This is my schedule since 1 month.Due to which back pain started and now I am having continuous pain.Please suggest what to do?

Take short breaks and check if you have changed your bed recently,take TAB.chymorol forte BD for a week and ZERODOL-P for 3days bd and take plenty of water for sure you will get relief incase if you have still pain then consult a doctor
