Back pain after blood donation
I have donated blood 3 days ago about a pint and after that I m feeling on and off nausea that vanished after a week but today is my third day since I donated I m having back pain that is bearable

First of all thanks for saving some lives. There is no direct relationship between blood donation and your back pain. And adequate hydration can take care of your nausea.
