Hi Doctor, Is it good to take one spoon of honey on an empty stomach in the morning? or Should I take with 3 glass of Luke warm water for loosing weight.

Honey will give a sweet taste, but in terms of calories it is as same as sugar. Better not to take that. Start yourself with 1-2 glass of warm water in empty stomach.. Encourage yourself for physical activity in the form of exercises, yoga, jogging, running, cycling.. Also a proper diet with calm mind helps to lose weight

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetable in ur diet . Avoid oily and fried food . U can take one tsp roasted flax seeds as powder form with lukewarm water.
