Amino acid Protein powder
I am 6 months pregnant and my doctor suggested me some protein powder... Which i took for a week or so... 300gm.... Today i checked its ingredients...it is whey protein powder....containing amino acids leucine(10gm/300gm)//..isoleucine(6g/300g)...valine(6g/300gm).. Glutamic acid(17g/300g) n cysteine(4g/300gm)....are these amino acids safe to take in pregnancy....I have taken 1 tin which is 300gm In this week.....plzzz reply im worried

Not only they are safe, but they are known as essential amino acids which the body cannot produce on its own. They have to be taken from outside.

Yes those are safe ..daily 2tukea with two scoops  in milk is sufficient
