Amino Acid BCAA during pregancy
Hi .my wife is 24 months pregnant. she is consuming protein powder containing BCAA(L- Valine, L- leucine and L- isoleucine) and other amino acids. Pls doctor suggest is it safe to drink or stopped it immediately? pls

There are many protein powders in market which are safe for mother and baby ... If in doubt please go for safer alternatives.... Also increase dietary protein intake
